Earthling history is well-documented in other sources, so this document will concentrate on the Cruisers of the period. The Trek-class Cruiser was a radical design departure from the previous Cameron-class, and set the stage for the long-lived Tobermoon-class. The Trek-class is shorter and wider than the later design, with a circular forward hull section, and a long engine pod on either side. The Cruiser is armed with MX missiles and uses a rapid-fire pulse laser for point defense.
