Why buy through this site? Well, I will spend what money I make on improving the site. Right now that probably means getting a scanner so I can stop trying to scan pictures with my digital camera. Then I can scan images and improve the site that way. The next thing on the list is to start getting the old pulp magazines, which will run into some money. Anyway, Powell's is the best bookstore I've ever seen, it's a family business, not owned by some investor capitalists, its the first online book retailer, they have new and used books, and if it goes under, I'm out of a job.
